Policies, Conditions and Payment Options Vacation / Executive property rental begins at 3 P.M. on your first rental date and ends
at 11 A.M. on your final rental date. Smoking
is prohibited within the home itself. No more than four (4) guests per stay. No pets allowed. A $100.00 US housekeeping fee will be
charged on all stays. Additional housekeeping services are available for $100 per clean. A 50% deposit is required to book the property at
time of booking. The balance of payment is required two (2) weeks prior to date of arrival. Property rental payments must be made
by way of VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN
EXPRESS. A authorization confirmation will follow by email. A $500.00 damage deposit will be charged to all guests and will be charged at time of booking
by way of VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS
separately. The
damage deposit amount will be refunded after checkout, and after the Property is inspected, with no noticeable
damage incurred. Cancellation
Policy We will be happy to REFUND both your rental deposit and your
damage deposit should you need to cancel your booking for whatever reason. Failure to provide no less than a 14 day cancellation
notice PRIOR TO THE BOOKED ARRIVAL DATE will result in loss of the rental deposit. Your damage deposit will be refunded
either way, no questions asked. Access codes to the property will be supplied upon final payment. On the final day of your stay, all guests MUST:
Dispose of all food items and beverages in the Refrigerator and Cupboards that will spoil or rot, to outside
garbage receptacle located on the Property. Dispose of all waste accumulated during the stay, to outside garbage receptacle located on the
Property. Dispose of
all recyclable bottles and cans, to outside recycle receptacle located on the Property. Load the dishwasher with all dirty plates, glasses, pots, pans,
and cutlery and run the dishwasher using dishwasher soap located under the kitchen sink. Strip the bed of all linen and place all used linen and towels
in the bath tub. Return
the Property Thermostat to the "OFF" setting. Respect the property and we'll be happy to have you back for years to come.
